HelvesCo is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Orders may be cancelled until the item has been fulfilled. Once an item has been fulfilled, the order can no longer be cancelled.

If we decline, change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided with your order.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Purchases made through HelvesCo are intended for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation.
Shipping to eligible United States destinations is provided free of charge unless otherwise clearly stated during checkout.
Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and displayed in accordance with the tax rules and settings applicable to the customer's order and destination.
Any applicable charges will be shown during checkout before the customer completes the purchase.
Prices offered by HelvesCo may differ from prices offered by third parties for similar or identical products.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery to eligible United States destinations is generally 5–11 business days after processing, unless otherwise stated during checkout or on the applicable product page.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Certain products may not be deliverable to P.O. Box addresses. Where applicable, customers must provide a valid physical street address. Additional information is available in our Shipping Policy.

HelvesCo is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with HelvesCo.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of products purchased from HelvesCo and is not responsible for the sales transaction between you and HelvesCo, except to the extent required by applicable law.
